Ilgın GÖKAŞAR
Dr. Gökaşar, 2000 yılında Boğaziçi Üniversitesi İnşaat Mühendisliği Bölümü'nden mezun olduktan sonra akademik kariyerine başlamıştır. 2001-2006 yılları arasında Rutgers Üniversitesi (NJ) İnşaat ve Çevre Mühendisliği Bölümü'nde araştırma görevlisi olarak çalıştı. Ocak 2007'de Boğaziçi Üniversitesi İnşaat Mühendisliği Bölümü'ne lisans ve lisansüstü dersleri vermek ve İnşaat Mühendisliği yüksek lisans ve doktora öğrencilerine danışmanlık yapmak üzere Yardımcı Doçent olarak geri döndü. 2014 yılında İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi ve Boğaziçi Üniversitesi işbirliği ile Akıllı Şehirler, Akıllı Ulaşım ve Paylaşım Sistemleri, Trafik Güvenliği, Trafik Mühendisliği, Bağlantılı ve Otonom Araçlar konularına odaklanmak üzere AUS-Hareketlilik Laboratuvarını kurdu. Ayrıca, Türkiye'nin önde gelen mobilite ve teknoloji şirketlerinden Bizero'nun yönetici ortağı ve Ar-Ge direktörlüğünü yapmaktadır. AUS-Hareketlilik Laboratuvarında yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda, Dr.Gökaşar’ın katkılarıyla 2017 yılında paylaşımlı hareketlilik üzerine çalışmak üzere Bizero şirketi kuruldu. 2018 yılından bu yana Boğaziçi Üniversitesi İnşaat Mühendisliği Bölümü'nde Doçent Doktor olarak görev yapmaktadır. 22 yıllık akademik deneyimi sırasında, İnşaat Mühendisleri Odası (IMO) ve Ulaşım Araştırma Kurulu (TRB) üyesi olarak, 34 (SCI, SCIE, SSCI) makale, 100'den fazla konferans bildirisi yayınladı. T.C. Ulaştırma ve Altyapı Bakanlığı, İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi, Vestel, Domino's Pizza, KFC gibi referansları olan ve AUS Laboratuvarı ve Bizero'da yönetimindeki ekipler ile, “Türkiye'nin ilk e-bisiklet paylaşım sistemi (2017, Vestel)”, “Pika: Türkiye'nin ilk insansız dağıtım robotu (2021, Dominos-Coffy)”, “elektrikli scooter yönetmeliği (2020, Ankara)” ve “Bisikletli kurye pazarı (2021, KFC-Mcdonalds)” gibi 40 başarılı projeye imza attı. Trafik güvenliği, gelişmiş trafik akım teorisi ve gerçek zamanlı trafik kontrolü, sürdürülebilir ulaşım planlaması, gelişmiş toplu taşıma sistemleri, akıllı şehir tasarımı, sürücü davranışı ve güvenliği, trafik olaylarını tahmin etme, paylaşımlı ekonomi ve araçlar, mikromobilite, bağlantılı ve elektrikli araçlar, otonom teslimat robotları ve dronlar konuları üzerine yaptığı çalışmalar ile Boğaziçi Üniversitesi'nde öğretimde üstün başarı ödülü, akademik teşvik ödülleri ve 2021'de AUS Türkiye Özel Ödülü'nü almıştır.
